Note re. Admisión Temporal para Naves Civiles Extranjeros
The check-in process at Easter Island is very efficient and the officials are pleasant, however, it would be wise to check the "Fecha de Vencimiento" on the Admision Temporal, to be sure that it is dated one year from the date of issue. Cruisers have reported some errors with the issuing of this document by Customs at Easter Island - it should be issued for 12 months.
