Clearance Fees:
These can only be paid in US dollars.
There are 3 charges for yachts: an entry fee, one-off lighthouse and buoy fee [approx. US$1/ton] and a departure fee. Fees are based on tonnage.
Cruisers who visited in December 2022/January 2023 reported being charged US$29 for a 40ft catamaran and two people. No other fees were payable.
Rapa Nui National Park:
The entrance fee to the park is US$80 as at January 2023
