International Dialing Code for Croatia is +385.

Post Offices - Hrvatska Pošta [HP] - pronounced “po-sh-ta”, operate from 7 am until 7 pm and in smaller towns from 7 am until 2 pm, sometimes reopening after a long lunch break at around 4 pm.

Phone cards are used in all public telephones and may be purchased from post offices and newspaper kiosks. International calls may be made from any public telephone.

Mobile Phone:

Using your mobile phone in Croatia will result in roaming charges if you're not an EU resident. EU residents can use their domestic plans in Croatia without additional roaming fees. For non-EU residents, purchasing a local SIM card or using an eSIM for data is generally more affordable than relying on roaming.

Croatian providers include: Hrvatski Telekom (T-Mobile), A1, or Tele2

Local sim cards can be purchased from any gas station or tobacco shop, electronic store or mobile carrier store.
