Chile - Timezone

There are now two time zones in continental Chile.

Most of continental Chile uses UTC (-4) in the winter and UTC (-3) in the summer.

Wintertime starts on the first Saturday of April and ends on the first Saturday of September.

Since 2017, the Magallanes region of Chile (Puerto Natales, Punta Arenas, and Puerto Williams) has stayed on UTC (-3) all year.
