Fuel
Fuel can be arranged to be delivered by tanker at Durres and Shengjin.
Gas (LPG)
With an adaptor it's possible to refill most gas bottles here.
Marinas
The only ports with marinas are Vlore (marina under construction plus Orikum Marina just outside Vlore) and Durres (although the latter has much simpler facilities than a proper marina). There is no marina in Saranda yet. New marinas are being built in Vlore and Durres, completion dates unknown.

Be aware that not all the buoyage conforms to the IALA System A as it should and anchoring in areas marked as "minefields" (although mostly cleared), are best avoided.
