Length of stay:
Foreign-flagged yachts can stay up to eighteen (18) months in Albania before any tax is due. After this time, Customs duty is payable at 22% of the value of the boat or you will be fined approx. 50,000 Leke.
Other restrictions:
No special restrictions other than for firearms.
Special export permits are required for precious metals, ancient coins, antiques and works of art, which are considered to be part of national culture and heritage.
