Because of it's popular tourism status, there are many ATM outlets at various banks, supermarket and convenient stores.
However, ATMs in Bali only give out a maximum of 25 bills at a time, so you need to find an ATM that dispenses 100,000 Rupiah bills (the largest Rp bill available). It is then possible to get Rp 2,5 million at a time. Many ATMs accept most foreign debit or credit cards including VISA and Mastercard. AMEX cards are widely accepted.
