The town has no fresh water for the sailors other than in bottles from the supermarket as the town water is not potable. Water can be delivered in 20 liter containers and is drinking quality but the containers must be returned. The current cost is $2.50 to $3.00 delivered in official containers. Your agent can organize this.
It is possible to get fresh water delivered to a boat at anchor by jerry can.
