There are no fuel docks in Luperon or Samana town anchorages.
The Maritima del Atlantico, SRL or Maratlantico Boatyard located in Ocean World Marina at Puerto Plata on the north coast of the Dominican Republic is a professional working yard with full permits and it has the only fuel dock on the north coast.
There are three Contractors in the harbor that can deliver fuel, propane, plus methanol at very reasonable rates. Contact Papo, Andy or Domingo on VHF Ch. 68
For a small charge, you can use a motor concho to visit the propane station.
