Retesting in progress

YachtFlags.com provides high quality courtesy flags that are manufactured in durable Knitted Polyester fabric. Knitted so that the fabric itself does not deteriorate in the constant movement that marine flags are usually exposed to, and polyester so that the flag does not weaken in the strong UV-light usually found in the main sailing areas of the world.

The CEPSA petrol station is near the reception at the end of the eastern breakwater and is open from 8am - 8pm. Diesel and petrol prices are around 40 per cent lower than in Europe.
There is another petrol station in town, in the fishing harbour, two miles north of the marina.
Camping Gaz cylinders (blue 3kg, also typical in Italy or Greece) can be exchanged for full ones at Rolnautic Chandlery at the north end of marina. Cost is €13 to exchange an empty cylinder for a full one.
Filling gas bottles is possible at the DISA plant on the road to Gran Canaria airport (see listing below), although cruisers have reported mixed experiences here. They have a variety of adapters but the station only fills cylinders between 9am and 11.30am.
There is no bus that goes close to the DISA depot so it's either a long walk from the nearest bus stop or a 25-minute taxi ride/drive from the marina in Las Palmas (directions below).
