Telephone cards can be purchased at the post office and there are several public phones.
There is internet at the Volcano Club at the US Airbase.
The Obsidian Hotel also has an internet bureau in the foyer. If you arrive on a weekend and would like to use the internet at the hotel, be sure to buy your ticket at the hotel as soon as possible as they will close. Remember to activate the account within 48 hrs. You can only use it on one machine and you cannot log out.
