If you are having lunch or dinner at the Port Morgan Hotel (approx. US$ 30 a head), you can use their internet. Do not expect fast speeds.
Cruisers reported in 2014 that internet was available on the west side of the bay opposite the Captain Morgan Museum - see comment at bottom of the page.
In 2015, a local called William was renting a Wifi / GSM stick for 7 dollars a day and less for longer periods.
