There is Wi-Fi available at the Acuario Hotel in the marina and it is one of the locations in the marina where wifi internet cards are sold.
Wi-Fi hotspots near the marina include Obispo Old Havana (relatively stable but very popular so some overload will occur) and La Linea (opposite Hotel Libre/ Coppellia - more stable).
It is easy to find other hot spots, just look for crowds of young Cubans.
The nearest Etecsa office (telephone company for a SIM card) to Marina Hemingway is in Nautico which is about 4kms from the marina entrance. There is also a larger office in Playa in the Commercial Center at Tercera and 82, diagonally opposite from the Melia Havana. If you speak good Spanish either office will do. If your Spanish is not so good, then go to Playa.
The nearest post office to Marina Hemingway is in Jaimanitas.
