The Hydrographic Institute can supply nautical charts of Cuba at the port of entry if requested prior to arrival. These can be ordered from Empresa TECNOTEX, Habana. Telex 51-1039 TECTEX CU. The Institute also has other aids to navigation such as leaflets on buoyage and maritime signs of Cuba.
El Navio bookstore, 119 Calle Obispo (near the Plaza de Armas in old Havana) sells an excellent Cuban yachting chart kit. If you can read Spanish, the series of cruising guides for various parts of the Cuban coast is a worthy purchase.
