The Australian Border Force does not levy charges for clearance at Christmas Island. The Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry operates on a full cost recovery model, so you may have to pay inspection and documentation fees.
There is a mooring fee of AUD$10 per day or AUD$50 per week.
