Anguilla - Immigration

Your passport must be valid for the duration of your stay in Anguilla.

Immigration Procedure:

Visas are not required if you have a valid visa or residence permit to enter the UK, US or Canada.

There are also a number of other nationalities who do not require a visa - see the list here. At the port of entry, an Immigration Officer may permit such visitors to stay in Anguilla for up to three months.

Other Visa Information:

For those nationalities that require a visa, an E-visa for a visit of less than 90 days can be applied for at https://evisa.gov.ai/. This must be used within 90 days of issue and expires upon entry. Allow 15-20 days for processing. Cost US$140 (Single Entry Visa).

A Multiple entry visa can also be applied for, which allows multiple stays of up to 90 days per visit and is valid for 1 year. Cost US$250.

Visitors can extend their stay in Anguilla for a fee of EC$150.00. Upon the expiration of your extended time, you must leave the island.
