Anguilla - Customs

Arriving By Yacht:

Customs will issue a cruising permit if wishing to anchor/moor outside of Road Bay, the port of entry. See Documents for details.

Length of Stay:

There is no specified time limit on how long a yacht may stay.

Other Items:

• Firearms should be licensed and must be securely locked on board, under the captain's control only.
• The bringing in of illegal drugs is treated very seriously.
• Each visitor is allowed to bring in food for their own consumption, plus one bottle of spirits, duty-free.
