Post Office:

The United States Post Office is located in Fagatogo and is open Monday to Wednesday and Friday from 8:30am to 3:30pm. On Thursdays it closes at 4:00pm and is open on Saturday from 8:30am to 1:00pm.

It is part of the US Domestic postal service and is the cheapest and quickest way to receive items. "Priority Mail" takes about 2 weeks but "Priority Mail Express" only takes 2 or 3 days. Mail can be shipped to "General Delivery" at the main Post Office for pickup.

Sim card/Wifi:

Prepaid SIM cards from BlueSky are available in thei Laofou Shopping Center and Fagatogo Plaza shops. They come in a variety of data options and are ideal for travelers visiting American Samoa. Your passport must be presented if you are making a credit card payment. Cellphone rentals are also available.

The BlueSky SIM card is reported to provide excellent cellular service throughout Tutuila.

Some internet cafes exist and Wifi can be found in bars and restaurants. Additionally, there are a multitude of free wifi hotspots on the island that can be found by searching for "wifi near me" on your smartphone or tablet or by using an online wifi map.
