The marina at Laboe is the most convenient place for clearance services.
Note: It is not possible to have your passport stamped with a Schengen entry/exit stamp in Laboe. The only place around the Kiel Fjord such a stamp can be obtained is at the Bundespolizei (i.e. Federal Police) office at Kiel's central railway station (Hauptbahnhof).
