The customs and immigration offices are within a 3 minute walk from the jetty, but Customs prefer all clearance is done at the marina.
Immigration formalities for EU citizens are not required.
Local Police will visit the boat first to deal with paperwork and Immigration clearance if required. Customs formalities are handled by the marina.
It is also possible to do the entry clearance at Dégrad des Cannes and the exit clearance at Saint-Laurent du Maroni (and vice versa).
