Retesting in progress

YachtFlags.com provides high quality courtesy flags that are manufactured in durable Knitted Polyester fabric. Knitted so that the fabric itself does not deteriorate in the constant movement that marine flags are usually exposed to, and polyester so that the flag does not weaken in the strong UV-light usually found in the main sailing areas of the world.

The Ministry of Maritime Transport has issued new procedures for yacht entry into Egypt and this has greatly increased fees for entry and services. Currently new fees are being implemented in all ports, except Suez Canal ports. It is Noonsite's recommendation to appoint an agent well in advance of your arrival, who can correctly guide you as to which port is the cheapest to check-into. Currently that stands as Suez.
Port Suez Clearance:
Port Clearance fees in Port Suez:
US$ 185 up to 60 ft long.
US$ 280 over 60 ft long.
US$ 150 an additional fees charged, when transit during national holidays, Friday and Saturday,
All transit fees and agent fees are extra.
The Egyptian Armed forces procedures while yachts are mooring at Suez marina has now been cancelled.
Transiting the Suez Canal:
Full details of the procedures for transiting the Suez Canal, including the Canal Regulations and Fees charged, is available exclusively to Noonsite members and can be found via the green special offers bar at the top of the Egypt pages.
