For provisioning, there are good supermarkets in town [www.jumbo.cl]. For daily shopping, Santa Isabel is good, opposite the Terminus de Buses. For fresh fish and vegetables visit the Angelmo market. Good potatoes can be purchased by the sack at the Muelle de Pappas. There is a German butcher at Nuevo Branau who will vacuum-pack to order.
