The Harbour Master issues clearances from his office in the blue and white building along the quay on the right hand side.
The office is only open on weekdays between 8am and 2pm.
Isla de Alegranza to the north is now a nature reserve and you need a permit to visit. A permit is also required to anchor in most of the bays on Graciosa. See Docking for details.
