The harbor office is in the NE corner of the harbor and whilst the port officials are reported to be helpful they only speak Spanish.
You cannot go through Schengen exit clearances here if intending to sail on to Cape Verde or the Caribbean. You must obtain exit stamps beforehand either in Santa Cruz de la Palma or Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
