General Process:
All crew should go to the Dive shop (Amigos Del Mar) right in front of the Anchorage, to arrange check in. The shop staff will call the immigration office for you.
All 5 officials will likely come down to the dock and deal with check-in there and payment of fees (Immigration, Health, Customs, Port Authority etc.). They probably won't want to come on board the boat.
Customs are located next to the airport (in the middle of town).
The Port Authority are located down-island (cost of taxi approx. $20).
Note that in this port of entry, clearance fees are almost double that of other ports of entry for Belize. See Fees for more details.
