The manager at the marina is very helpful, although facilities are limited. This is, however, a popular place for foreign boats to lay up for the winter as the marina provide a significantly discounted monthly rate to long-term visitors. The members of the local yacht club are very friendly and helpful, often going out of their way to support foreign cruisers.
