The port is connected to Capri town by funicular, bus and taxi. As it sits on a plateau high about the sea, it is a tough uphill walk.
Buses run constantly up from Capri to Anacapri (10 minute journey).
There are no private cars, just electric buggies.
Ferries run from Naples and Sorrento.
The easiest way to reach the top of Anacapri (Capri's highest mountain) is by chairlift (12 mins).
