There is a laundrette in a campsite half a mile to the east of the harbour (no dryers).
Roccella town has provisions (1km from the marina) as does Caulonia on the other side (2km from the marina).
Both town have good fresh produce markets, Caulonia on Saturday and Roccella on Tuesday.
