Be sure to email the marina: info@herzliya-marina.co.il, and the Israeli Navy: shipping@idf.gov.il in advance.
Herzliya Marina is a check-in port with a customs and immigration office in the marina building. Be careful not to arrive during the Shabat (Friday afternoon through Saturday night), as there is a substantial surcharge.
