The Hotel Harapan Indah has a dinghy dock which cruisers can use. You will be able to find a local tourism employee here who can act as a translator if required. No one at the hotel speaks English.
The Harbour Master's office is at the entrance to the port enclosure.
The Health and Quarantine office is located just outside the main gate to the harbor pier, on the other side of the road from the Harbour Master's office. Officials may not necessarily come to your boat but it is helpful to have a list of medicines ready.
The Customs Office is located about 2km from the Hotel. They will probably want to visit your boat.
The Immigration Office is located in a small house. To get their exit the Harapan Indah hotel, turn left, pass the Mosque, and turn right just after the hotel Penginapan Pantai Indah, and go up to the office, on the right side.
