International Clearance:
Immigration, Customs, Quarantine officials and the Harbour Master are all reported to be receiving visiting yachts with a very positive attitude. No agent is required and customs and immigration officials will come out to the boat.
However if you are planning to leave your boat here for any length of time if you have to return to your home country, it is advisable to get clearance from the Harbour Master to avoid unwelcome "harbour fees" on your return. See the Comments section for a recent cruiser experience.
