This is principally a military area. A security pass is now required before entry is permitted. This can be applied for in person or by fax to the Base Security office.
There are 30 transient moorings for Military and retired Military in the Rainbow Bay Marina. You must have a military ID Card. They are located near the Arizona Memorial Visitors Centre.
There is a fuel berth, haulout facility, pump-out, toilets, showers, and laundry.
