Take the small ferry to visit the "Düne" (Sandy island next to the rock with a lot of seals).
Take a tour through the old bunkers underneath the island, checking out the aquarium.
Walk on the top-plateau and visit the "Lange Anna" (famous rock at northwest end, where the German national anthem was composed).
If you want to buy alcohol and other tax-free goods you should visit the shop called "SAILORS" (close to yacht berth), they have good prices and will deliver to your boat for free.
