Beware of the swell at the entrance in strong onshore winds.
It is a mile from the entrance to the yacht basin and there is a nominal speed limit of 3 knots.
Report to the arrivals pontoon on the central pier. The visitor's berths are on the northern side.
As well as berths in the marina, there are moorings belonging to Nautiland (see boatyards). Their yard is in the industrial section as are several other places which will keep your boat on land over winter - all roughly the same price.
