The approach to the marina at Porto Vecchio has a shoal area of 3.5 meters outside the entrance. Deeper draft yachts should approach with care. See the marina listing below for more information.
In addition to a mooring in the marina, anchoring is permitted N of the marked rock La Ciocca just outside the marina, in 3-4m. The pontoons nearby belong to a jet-ski and other boats hire operators.
Another anchorage can be found east of the port (41° 35.512'N, 009° 18.072'E) with good holding. You are allowed to tie the dinghy up to the pontoon closest to the marina office.
Baie Stagnoli has good holding but is reported to be often noisy with wet bikes from the afternoon until well into the evening.
