Description:
Hendaye is a sprawling town right on France’s Atlantic border with Spain. The old medieval Basque sits on a hill overlooking the Bay of Chingoudy and the river Bidassoa estuary and with impressive views of the foothills of the Pyrenees Mountains to the west. Down by the shore are the more modern town and the marina.
