Post offices are open on weekdays from 9 am - 5 pm. The main post office in the city centre has longer opening hours.
Being this is the home of the Nokia mobile phone, unsurprisingly, the city is loaded with special mobile phone shops.
Oulu provides a free WiFi service. The network coverage includes the market square area.
