Fuel is available from a pump in the new harbour, north of the naval dockyard. Buying fuel is a complicated matter and can be done via an agent, or by completing all formalities oneself.
If using an agent, they will fill your jerry jugs and can also refill gas bottles if required.
Do not attempt to get diesel fuel by jerry jug from downtown. There are serious penalties for doing this. It is o.k. to collect petrol for the dinghy this way.
