There are regular direct charter flights to many airports in Europe from Hurghada International airport (around 22km from El Gouna) for very reasonable rates or domestic flights to Cairo from the airport in El Gouna. The travel agency in El Gouna protours@orascom.net can help with flights and also organise trips in Egypt, such as a Nile cruise in Luxor / Aswan, a trip to the Pyramids in Cairo, etc.
