The buses in Paphos do not run on a set schedule so patience is required! There is a service to Limassol.
There are two types of taxis available; the service taxis (shared) and private taxis. Service taxis are cheaper but you may be sharing with strangers as these taxis are large vehicles which carry a good number of passengers.
Car and motorcycle rentals are also available.
