Description:

Beaucette marina is situated in an old quarry on the NE corner of Guernsey, about 3 km north of St Peter Port.   The Royal Engineers were responsible for creating an entrance through the cliff wall as a demolition exercise which took seven months during 1968/1969.

Entrance Notes and Cautions:

Notice March 2022: Russian flagged or registered yachts are not permitted to enter a port in the Bailiwick of Guernsey. See LNTM No. 007/2022.

It is approached via a marked channel from the Little Russell. There are leading lights, but daylight is advisable when entering for the first time.

It is accessible 3 hours either side of high water at St Peter Port. If unsure of entrance or buoyed channel, call VHF 80 and boat will be sent to meet you.

Home to one of the very best restaurants on the island, which directly overlooks the Marina, its entrance and is the one place within Guernsey with views of Alderney, Herm, Jethou, Sark, Jersey and France all at the same time.
