The Ponta Delgada marina has good facilities and everything you need to work on your boat, if required. The marina has a 25T travel-lift.
In July 2025 Noonsite received a first hand report of an attempted burglary from a yacht moored in the marina. Read the Captain’s first hand report here. Being a locked and gated marina, it is likely the thief waited for someone to exit and held the gate. Access into the marina pontoons is through a magnetic locked gate which requires a key card for access. There are no security patrols.
