The Boarding Station for arrival is the service jetty at Batavia Coast Marina near Wiebbe Hayes Lane.
If you are waiting for a weather window to cross the Indian Ocean, contact Australian Border Force staff and they will commence the check out process for you once you have provided the required documentation. They will give you a phone number to call when you know you are leaving and they will finalize the paperwork and email it to you on completion.
