Newcastle has one marina, run by the Newcastle Cruising Yacht Club. It has 180 berths for short or long term stays and the amenities hosts recently renovated bathrooms and laundry facilities.
If arriving outside of normal business hours without a booking, visitors are advised to locate a spare berth on F-Dock and contact the Marina Office the following morning to check in.
Port Stephens has several marinas and is an excellent and attractive area in which to spend the cyclone season.
