All the crew need a valid smallpox vaccination certificate.
Private clinics are available in the larger cities and towns, which function as hospitals and provide a range of medical services, although not necessarily to the latest medical standard. Immediate cash payment is expected by doctors and hospitals before treatment. If traveling to the desert, be aware that even with insurance providing international air ambulance cover, such a rescue might not be permitted.
