Description:
Okinoshima occupies all of the islands of Dōgo, in the Oki Islands archipelago in the Sea of Japan, along with numerous offshore uninhabited islands and rocks. It lies north of the Tottori Prefecture which is on Japan's main island, Honshu.
The main port is Saigo, which has a number of wharves including one for the ferry that runs from there.
