All visitors must have a passport or other acceptable travel document with a photograph that establishes nationality and identity. The passport or other travel document must be valid for the period of intended stay on the island.

Immigration Procedure:

Commonwealth citizens are allowed a maximum of 12 months stay on the island, however, nationals of Pakistan, Sri Lanka, the Cayman Islands, Nigeria, and Cameroon will need a visa.

Non-Commonwealth citizens are allowed a maximum of 6 months stay on the island as a visitor.

Extension of stay is processed within three (3) working days at PICA's Kingston office, while seven (7) working days for applications submitted at Montego Bay.
