From May 2024, Indian authorities now require all yachts entering Indian waters to provide a Pre- Arrival Notification of Security (PANS) and to use an authorised agent for clearance formalities on arrival.
There is no "set" fee for agency services to yachts on entry, so you will need to shop around and negotiate a suitable fee. For sample fees see the Fees section.
