May 15, 2025

All visitors require a passport which must be valid for at least six months beyond the period of stay.

US citizens need proof of citizenship only.

To arrive in the country by yacht all other nationalities will need a B1 or B2 visa, which must be obtained in advance from a US embassy or consulate. U.S. immigration rules apply. See USA Immigration formalities.

Visas are not required for visitors, tourists, or temporary business trips into the United States for citizens of Canada and Bermuda.

Note: The visa waiver program does not apply to visitors arriving by yacht. See the U.S.A. Immigration for more details.
