It is unlikely you will need to see Customs on arrival or departure.

• The importation of firearms is forbidden. Firearm possession requires a special permit from the Ministry of Justice and the Chief Constable of Greenland.
• Importation of meat, meat products or poultry is 5 kilos in total.
• Special permission is needed to export souvenirs of whales’ teeth and walrus tusks. Authorisation forms are available from shops and tourist offices.
